My New Blog

the profusion of mistakes and bad service from Lenders is reaching record levels.  Does anyone want to hear about this?  When you refinance do expect all sorts of inane requirements (thanks Obama~all that noise about reform and it seems to me things are even worse for the average consumer~so what if the rates are really low~a lot of the people who really need rate relief will have considerable difficulty qualifying.)  It's my job to make the process as painless as possible.  To polish your loan package so the Lender either gives priority handling or minimum industry standard but these days you have to question authority constantly to avoid the pitfalls in the process.  Lest I digress ... interest rates really are at all time lows to date and could go lower or higher.  I have a daily updated professional rate reporting service report on my site for your anytime  you want to know perusal.

Important to get your paperwork IN LINE because we are experiencing delays for not good reasons (is all I'm going to say) ... and you don't want to miss out (I don't want to sound like a commercial) on these record low rates and costs of loans.

The new regulations seem to make things even more undiscernable to the informed consumer, never mind the confusion in Title Companies and other informed professionals trying to navigate the myriad of required disclosures that don't disclose as much as confuse.  Seems to me that closing costs on average have gone up, BUT we must all cross our "t's" and dot our "i's" because this is the biggest transaction and every penny should be accounted for.  But how about in a less confusing format?  Bottom line, the Federal madates on mortgage lending additional paperwork required, etc.  does not benefit the average consumer.  Yes, I do write to my Congress people and Obama.

Great rates! In the 3's and 4's.  (If you're in the 5's+have I got a deal for you)  The whole process just got a LOT more tedious.  But you have to love the opportunity for that savings for years to come ... IF you can qualify.  Play with the numbers, the calculators, etc. are there for you and you don't even have to sign up.  Or better yet, just give me a call or send me an email.

I'll take of it.  Personally.
