Interest rates are down again ... and the trend is downward

The mortgage interest rates have gone up a bit since Friday but the trend is downward so if you have aspirations towards a lower interest rate I strongly suggest you submit your paperwork ASAP.

Commercial and units interest rates remain VERY attractive but when that sector starts getting distressed it will drive down the appraised values and make it more difficult to refinance.

You snooze, you lose ~ funny, life's like that too ~ ahaha ~
