Just closed another one today, $400,000 refinance at 4.750% with no points and NO CLOSING COSTS.  I mentioned in previous posting that "Yield Spread Premiums" will be gone in the near future which means loan officers will have no way to offset closing costs SOOOO~ Do it now or it's going to cost you, not to mention how high the rates will be going and staying after all this governmental subsidizing of interest rates. 

Residential and commercial refinances ... THIS IS THE GOLDEN AGE and it won't last forever ~
