Currently, wholesale lender's offer Yield Spread Premiums on a spread of interest rates above "par."  These YSP's are utilized by some mortgage brokers as a way of offering "No Point/No Fee (No Non-Recurring Closing Costs) and "No Point" loans.  If YSP's are indeed ceased over the coming months, loans that have "No Points" now, WILL likely have "Points" charged in the future.  If you are thinking of taking cashout or just getting a lower rate, convention wisdom indicates that you will save thousands on the cost of the loan while YSP's are still in effect.  For further details call me.

Jumbo loans up to 80% LTV to $900,000 are now available.  Both ARM's and Fixed Rates.  "Conforming" and "High Balance Conforming" rates are still very low on a historical basis ... Act NOW.
